Purchase and download help

Paid, but missing your download?

After checkout you return to your download page. If the return was interrupted, email michael@dchealthcheck.com with your receipt reference or the email you paid with and the date. We match the purchase and send the link. Do not buy again to get the files.

Checkout was declined

A decline is not a purchase. Follow the message in Stripe checkout or contact your card issuer. Never send us your card number.

A payment is pending or unclear

Do not pay again while the first payment is unresolved. We confirm payments from Stripe's records.

The files will not open

Save the ZIP to a computer and use its Extract or Uncompress option. Open START-HERE.txt first. The guide opens in any browser; the .gs and .xml files open in any text editor. The download page also lists every file on its own.

Wrong order or duplicate charge?

Email michael@dchealthcheck.com with the receipt reference. Inaccessible files or a kit materially different from its description: contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it or refund you. Delivery and refund terms.
