Delivery and refunds

What you receive

The Plainview Inbox Kit costs $29 USD once, plus applicable tax. It is a downloadable kit: Gmail filter files, the Inbox Sorter script, Outlook rule instructions, starter rules, reply templates, two worked examples and a guide, in two editions (Day Job and Side Hustle). No subscription, installation service, account access, monitoring or individual consultation is included.

Delivery

After successful payment, checkout returns you to a page where you download the files. Keep the files and your receipt. If you lose the download page or cannot open the files, email michael@dchealthcheck.com with your receipt reference. Never send card details, passwords or the contents of private emails.

Refunds and support

Contact us within 14 days if the files are inaccessible or materially different from the description, and we will resolve it or refund the purchase. Duplicate payments are refunded. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Using the kit

The kit is for your own use; you may change the files for yourself but not resell or redistribute them. You run the script in your own Google account and decide what it does there; review the Log in dry run before switching it on. Follow your employer's rules for work accounts. Results depend on your email and your rules; no outcome is guaranteed.
